1) A Puzzle

When your 9-5 revolves around a computer screen, it’s nice to do something analog at the end of the day. Marketing ops involves putting together digital puzzle pieces all the time, so solving real puzzles is probably something that will come naturally to your marketing ops friend or co-worker. This looks like a fun one.

2) Tech Organizer

There are some necessary tech items a marketer needs on hand in order to get sh*t done (laptop charger, phone charger, USB converter, etc. - thanks, Apple). Having a nice little case to organize all those cords and such might spark some joy for the Type A personality within them.

3) Vibrating Foam Roller

Newsflash: marketing ops can be stressful. There can be people from different departments coming to you with issues or last minute requests. At the end of the day, you might feel some tension in your muscles. I would for sure use this to roll out my back.

First of all, who doesn’t like snacks? But for the marketing ops pro especially, some projects require sitting in front of the computer for hours, and sometimes you just need a little pick me up to help you keep pushing through. Peanut butter snacks like this could come in handy.
